Session, security (CSRF) and preference cookies that make the site work — signing in, keeping your booking flow intact, remembering your cookie choice itself (gx_cookie_consent, kept for one year). These run without consent because the site cannot function without them.

Analytics cookies (optional)

With your consent, Google Analytics (GA4) helps us understand how the site is used. Analytics load only after you choose "Accept all" on the cookie banner — declining keeps the site fully functional with essential cookies only. Google may set its own cookies and receive usage data, including your IP address, under Google's privacy policy.

Managing your choice

The banner offers "Reject non-essential" with equal prominence to "Accept all". To change your mind later, clear the gx_cookie_consent cookie in your browser and the banner will ask again. A settings control for revisiting the choice without clearing cookies is planned; until it ships, this is the supported method.
